The BLD Personal Injury Center (PSZ) combines many years of experience and comprehensive knowledge in the settlement of liability and third-party vehicle personal injury claims. Our PSZ lawyers are experts in dealing with medical issues as well as the evaluation of expert reports, and they specialise in the particular issues of personal injury in civil and social law.
Forensic Claims Centre
Handling dubious claims is crucial in the insurance industry, yet these matters often pose various practical challenges when it comes to implementation. Since 2009, BLD has pooled its expertise by offering our own Forensic Claims Centre.
BLD-Future Workshop
Progressive digitalisation and the use of new technologies in all areas of life pose major challenges for the insurance market, as do ecological and socio-demographic changes. New claims scenarios, adapted regulatory requirements and changed value creation processes will transform the face of the insurance market in the coming years.
