First Corona-related decisions by Regional Courts
Following the decision by the Local Court Darmstadt (judgment of 26 August 2020 - 306 C 139/20) now the first two Regional Courts dismissed actions in Corona-related business interruption (BI) proceedings. However, these are only the first judgments in legal proceedings in Corona-related (BI) matters. BLD Bach Langheid Dallmayr was voted by the business journal brand eins in its latest edition as one of the best commercial law firms in the legal field of "Insurance (representation of the corporate side)" in Germany.
The list of the best commercial law firms in Germany 2021 was determined for the second time in cooperation with Statista and is based on a survey of lawyers and in-house lawyers in 24 legal fields, in which more than 2600 persons participated.
Only law firms with an above-average number of recommendations in their respective area of law made it to the top list.
