As a recognised expert, Dr Simon Kubiak also advises insurers on complex coverage law issues in professional indemnity insurance as well as cases on broker and intermediary liability. In recent years, he has repeatedly advised insurers on coverage law in connection with the liability of tax and accounting firms that acted as limited partners in trusts and/or controllers of the use of funds for various investment companies.
