Katja Labusga, LLM, is a lawyer in the Financial Lines department at the Cologne office. She is a Specialist Insurance Lawyer and advises insurers on complex national and international claims in the areas of D&O liability, E&O liability/insurance, crime and aviation insurance. In addition to her expertise in insurance and liability law, she has in-depth knowledge of corporate and private international law. Katja Labusga is valued by our clients above all for her economic expertise, knowledge of efficient claims management, her eye for strategic aspects and what is feasible in complex negotiation situations, as well as her competence in English and Spanish.
