Tim Brauer is a lawyer in the Life & Regulatory department at the Munich office. In addition to representing our clients in court, for example, in the case of allegations of inadequate advice, his main areas of practice also include advising domestic and foreign clients out of court on all issues relating to life insurance law and occupational retirement provisions, including reinsured support funds. Furthermore, he advises and represents our clients when it comes to data protection issues that are relevant to insurance business. He is particularly familiar with handling mass proceedings following data protection incidents. He also regularly supports our clients in communicating with data protection authorities, especially in the context of data protection complaints and supervisory investigations.
