Daan Spoormans

Daan Spoormans is a lawyer and partner at the law firm's office in The Hague and specialises in (international) contract law and corporate law. As head of the corporate law department, he is frequently instructed by international companies, insurance companies and law firms in disputes of a contractual nature. Furthermore, he acts as defence counsel for managing directors and supervisory boards who are accused of improper management or negligent supervision. Daan Spoormans represents both liability insurance companies and the managing directors as well as supervisory boards themselves. Thanks to his bilingual background (in Dutch and German), he has many clients from Germany, but also from Austria and Switzerland. Spoormans is an arbitrator at the arbitration tribunal of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
