David de Knijff is a lawyer and partner at the law firm's office in the Hague and has specialised for more than 20 years in civil law appeals in cassation. He has successfully handled several highly complex lawsuits before the Dutch Supreme Court, the Hoge Raad, which have been decisive for the development of law. Together with his in-depth knowledge of private and procedural law, this makes him one of the most experienced and versatile litigators in the Netherlands.
