Dr. Haydar Güvercin

Dr Haydar Güvercin is a lawyer specialising in the Life and Regulatory department at the Cologne office. He focuses on providing legal advice in court proceedings in all areas of life insurance law, for example on issues relating to the rescission of life insurance carriers and on cases of alleged incorrect advice. He also advises insurance companies and insurance intermediaries on issues relating to contract and supervisory law, including in matters relating to product development and business organisation matters. He has already dealt with the topic of telematics tariffs in the area of personal insurance as part of his dissertation.
