Julian Völker, BSc, LLM (UofG) is a lawyer in the Industrial Liability department at the Cologne office. Before starting his legal training, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He advises national and international clients on the defence against liability, both in and out of court, especially in the automotive, railway and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. A further focus of his work is on advising industrial liability insurers on coverage law. His dual qualification, which is highly valued by our clients, enables him to assess cases from both a legal and a technically proficient perspective.
